NEWBURY — Conservation Commission continues four applications to April 7 meeting. Five members present voted to continue the Newbury Town Beach Project, Ould Newbury Golf Club maintenance work, 34 Central Street residential housing development, and 45 Boston Road boardwalk expansion, all pending additional applicant information or site work. The 45 Boston Road vote was 4-0 with one abstention by Mary Rimmer; the other three applications continued by unanimous vote.

Conservation Agent Mason Ferrick reported on a resident-coordinated phragmite removal project.
