The commission voted unanimously to hold the public hearing to determine whether the Demolition Delay Bylaw applies to the building at 25 High Rd., with Chair Rich Morin moving the measure and Treasurer Lon Hachmeister seconding. Commission members determined multiple reasons the permit application triggers the DDB, which requires Building Commissioner notification within 15 days of determination and a public hearing within 30 days.
