Newbury Conservation Commission approves determinations on five permits; continues six hearings. The Commission issued negative determinations on three building projects — porch enclosure at 41 Northern Boulevard, deck expansion at 88 Northern Boulevard, and structure demolition at 34 Central Street involving a home, barn, chicken coops, and trailers — and amended conditions for 291 High Road's float reconfiguration. Six permits including an MBTA-zoned residential housing development at 34 Central Street were continued to May 4 with site walks planned to evaluate environmental impacts at the Central Street project.
