NEWBURY — Conservation Commission approved Orders of Conditions for Old Town Hill and Fordham Way. Chair Mary Rimmer abstained from two votes on environmental permits. Three Certificates of Compliance were issued for completed projects at 55 Pearson Drive, 48 Fordham Way, and 7-9 Main Street, and the board continued five applications to October 6 for site visits and additional environmental review.
