Newbury Council on Aging resumes operations after winter weather delays, with plans for architect consultation. Chair Damon Jespersen reported ongoing coordination with Town Administrator Tracey Blais on an Ad Hoc Committee Report and announced a warrant meeting will be held with an architect to assess new facility costs. Director Cindy Currier detailed expanded programming including new lunch and dinner initiatives, popular footcare clinics booked months in advance, and a new audiologist for quarterly hearing services.
