Newbury's Historical Commission rejects incomplete demolition permit application for 25 High Road. Acting Chair Rich Morin and members Jan Forrest, Lon Hachmeister, and Eva Jackman found the Demolition by Design application missing critical information about sections 41D and E, particularly foundational reasoning in Section D and insufficient detail on the site's planned future use. Hachmeister moved to return the application to the Building Inspector as inadequate.
The board approved the motion.
