Newbury Library Trustees appoint search committee as Director Hart announces June 4 retirement. Director Haley Hart told the board that she will end her tenure June 4 and has prepared a nine-page transition guide for her successor. Trustees Melissa Mashburn and Alex Burke were appointed to lead the director search.
The board also voted to retain Trustee Dick Passeri as Chair and Trustee Alex Burke as Secretary following the May 12 town election.
