Chair Robin Etheridge's committee unanimously approved the Final Study Report for the local historic district of Newbury, including 269 High Road with owner approval. The committee received a late objection from Jeffrey Hanson, President of the Sons and Daughters of the First Settlers of Newbury, regarding the Jackman-Willett House but declined to amend boundaries before Town Meeting, citing four years of prior outreach.
