Local Historic District Study Committee · Meeting of February 11, 2026
NEWBURY — Local Historic District Study Committee schedules Lower Green public hearing for April 13. Chair Robin Etheridge, Secretary Elizabeth Paliga, and Vice Chair Joy Michaud unanimously approved prior meeting minutes and advanced the proposal after receiving Planning Board and Select Board support for the study report. Etheridge will draft a narrative for the public hearing covering the background and benefits of historic district designation; Paliga will prepare a PowerPoint.
Public notices will be mailed to property owners by March 23 and published in local newspapers around April 6.
