Newbury Home Sales Reach $1.85M Peak as Six of 11 August Transfers Carry Disclosed Prices
Eleven deeds were recorded in Newbury between July 31 and Aug. 29, with six carrying disclosed sale prices ranging from $700,000 to $1,850,000 and a median of $1,175,000. The period's standout transaction was the $1,850,000 sale at 23 Rolfes Lane, where MAS 2019 Revocable Trust conveyed the property to the Edelstein-Webb Family Trust on Aug. 27. Four of the six priced sales exceeded $1 million, and five transfers showed characteristics of trust, estate, or same-party conveyances with no disclosed consideration, limiting the open-market sample to roughly half the total recorded activity.
