The month's top recorded sale was a $1 million condominium unit at 7 Exeter Way, sold by trustee Danielle Bradshaw to Michele L. Mercurio. No street saw more than one sale. Seven of the 14 transfers moved property between family members or into trusts, with no price recorded on any of them, and two of the five recorded sales involved estates. With most prices not yet recorded, the data offers only a partial view of the month's market.
