Newbury home sales span $580,000 to $1 million as trust transfers dominate July deed activity
Newbury recorded 14 property transfers between July 10 and Aug. 8, but only five listed a sale price. Among those, prices ranged from $580,000 to $1,000,000, with a median of $700,000. The month's top disclosed sale was a $1 million condominium unit at 7 Exeter Way, sold by trustee Danielle Bradshaw to Michele L. Mercurio. No street saw more than one sale. Seven of the 14 transfers moved property between family members or into trusts, with no price disclosed on any of them, and two of the five disclosed sales involved estates. With most prices undisclosed, the data offers only a partial view of the month's market.
