NEWBURY — Planning Board accepts subdivision application at 15 Central Street, schedules February 18 public hearing. Applicant Michael Becker and partner Charrissa Vitas submitted the application for a two-lot project (Assessors Map U11 Lot 53) after the board previously approved a preliminary subdivision in August 2025. Chair Woody Knight, Vice Chair Peter Paicos, Clerk Lawrence Murphy, and Member Stephen Mangion voted 4-0-1 to accept the application, with Member Scott Kinter abstaining due to late arrival.
The public hearing is scheduled for February 18, 2026 at 7:15 p.m. via Zoom.
