Newbury Planning Board approved the 15 Central Street two-lot subdivision after closing a continued hearing. The Board unanimously approved off-site improvements and the final decision. The Board also unanimously approved a Level II Site Plan Review for the 44-unit Byfield Heights multi-family development at 34 Central Street and endorsed an Approval Not Required plan at 23 Downfall Road for the Boisvert Family Revocable Trust.

The Board voted 4-0 to release $7,560 in security funds for Cypress Hollow Subdivision, leaving $11,852, with Planning Board Chair Woody Knight recused. The Board discussed Farm View Lane paving enforcement and indicated such work would require a formal petition to modify the original decision.
