Planning Board Approves Cypress Hollow Subdivision Modification

Newbury Planning Board approves Cypress Hollow Subdivision minor modification. The board voted 4-0 to allow Lot 1A at 100 High Road to use Cypress Hollow Road for driveway access to a barn and new house, contingent on stormwater peer review approval and town counsel sign-off on a trust amendment. In other business, the board unanimously recommended three FY'27 appointments to the Select Board: Planning Board Chair Woody Knight as Conservation Commissioner (three years), Town Planner Kristen Grubbs as MVPC Commissioner (one year), and board member Stephen Mangion as Alternate MVPC Commissioner (one year).
The board also granted a 60-day extension on the 15 Central Street subdivision hearing, now scheduled for May 6.
