NEWBURY — Planning Board approves storage facility permit transfer to new owner. The board voted unanimously to transfer the special permit for the self-storage facility at 131 Newburyport Turnpike from Stowaway Storage Newbury LLC to MP 131 Newburyport Turnpike LLC, a Delaware company based in Boston. The board also extended the special permit for the Newbury Landfill Solar Project through June 15, 2028, allowing Ace Solar to continue the project under an updated program.
In additional actions, the board approved a lot line adjustment at 8 and 10 Lenway Road and released $17,015 from security funds for the Cypress Hollow Subdivision.
