NEWBURY — Planning Board closes out 84 Boston Road site plan review. Vice Chair Peter Paicos led the June 3 virtual meeting in the absence of Chair Woody Knight, with Lawrence Murphy, Scott Kinter, and Stephen Mangion voting unanimously to approve completion of the Site Plan Review for K&R Construction Company at 84 Boston Road. The Board also continued a public hearing on a two-lot definitive subdivision application at 15 Central Street to July 15, 2026, granting the applicant a three-month approval extension to allow for completion of required septic testing and water system coordination.
