Newbury Planning Board continues hearing on proposed two-lot Central Street residential project. The board unanimously directed applicant Michael Becker to engineer pedestrian improvements at the subdivision entrance, including a sidewalk and pedestrian crosswalk consistent with Merrimack Valley Planning Commission recommendations. A revised plan showing the intersection improvements must be submitted before the hearing resumes on August 19.
The board also unanimously approved release of escrow funds from K&R Construction's completed site plan project at 84 Boston Road.
