Planning Board Extends Colantoni Crossing Subdivision Approval

Newbury Planning Board unanimously grants extension for the Colantoni Crossing five-lot subdivision. Chair Woody Knight and voting members extended approval to March 31, 2026, for the development at 108 Main Street, contingent on applicant John Colantoni submitting a construction schedule and appearing at the March 18 meeting for pre-construction review. The previous extension, granted June 2024, was set to expire February 17.
The board also voted unanimously to continue the public hearing for the 2-8 Old Point Road Site Plan Review to March 4.
