Planning Board sets public hearing date for zoning amendments

Newbury Planning Board votes to schedule public hearing on proposed zoning amendments. With three of five regular members present, Lawrence Murphy, the board's Clerk, moved to hold a public hearing on March 4, 2026 at 7 p.m. via Zoom. Peter Paicos, Vice Chair, seconded the motion.
The board voted unanimously to approve the hearing, which will address proposed amendments for the 2026 Annual Town Meeting.
