Pricing data lags for most of Newbury's September-October property sales
Newbury recorded 14 property transfers between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10, though sale prices appear for just three so far: $819,000 for 26 Hanover Street, $824,900 for 193A Scotland Road, and $995,000 for 33 Downfall Road, the period's top sale. The median among those three priced sales is $824,900.

Two of the 14 deeds were recorded on Downfall Road the same day. Nine of the 14 transfers moved property from an individual into a trust or estate bearing that person's name, or between family members, rather than to an outside buyer.
