Newbury Records 15 Property Transfers in September, but Most Carry No Sale Price Yet

Newbury recorded 15 property transfers between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but only four carried a sale price in the registry so far, ranging from $799,900 to $1,475,000 with a median of $904,500. The month's top sale was 6 24th St. Lot 42, which sold for $1,475,000 on Sept. 10 from the Susan C Ferlazzo Trust to Brian Kilfoyle. Eleven of the 15 filings appear to be transfers into family or individual trusts rather than open-market sales, which explains why most carry no price yet. With confirmed sales clustered between $799,900 and $1.475 million, the limited pricing data available shows a modest but not uniform range for the period.
