Newbury July Deed Sales Range From $580,000 To $1 Million
Newbury recorded 14 property transfers between July 3 and Aug. 1, five of which disclosed sale prices ranging from $580,000 to $1,000,000, with a median of $700,000 among those five. The month's top recorded sale was 7 Exeter Way, Lot 13, which sold for $1,000,000 on July 30 from trustee Danielle Bradshaw to Michele L. Mercurio. Nine of the 14 transfers did not disclose a price, and eight of those nine appear to be transfers between family members or into trusts, based on shared surnames or trustee designations in the deed records. No street recorded more than one sale this period.
